This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified Education Administrator to oversee, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day educational administrative operations of the Lagos State Educational Development Board across all designated zones in Nigeria Lagos. The Education Administrator shall be responsible for curriculum implementation oversight, staff scheduling, resource allocation, compliance with the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) standards, and the coordination of all academic and non-academic personnel within the Nigeria Lagos educational jurisdiction.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the specific procurement regulations of the Lagos State Government. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Lagos State Arbitration Centre.
- The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than the 1st of July 2025 and shall report directly to the Director of Administrative Services, LSEDB, Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) working days of the Education Administrator's submission of a valid invoice and monthly progress report. The first payment shall be due upon successful onboarding and verification of the Education Administrator's NEAC registration.
- The Education Administrator is required to maintain a minimum of 95% attendance across all scheduled administrative duties in Nigeria Lagos. Failure to meet this threshold for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- All data, records, and reports generated by the Education Administrator in the course of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Lagos State Educational Development Board. The Education Administrator shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- The Education Administrator shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, particularly regarding the handling of student records and staff personal information within the Nigeria Lagos educational system.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. Any amendment must be countersigned and stamped to be valid.
- The Education Administrator shall provide a comprehensive handover report and all administrative files within fourteen (14) days of the expiration or termination of this Purchase Order.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated school closures in Nigeria Lagos, shall suspend the obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue and may be renewed upon mutual agreement, subject to a performance review of the Education Administrator's contributions to the Nigeria Lagos educational infrastructure.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Education Administrator in Nigeria Lagos.
