5.1 Scope of Engagement: The Education Administrator engaged under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Director of Academic Operations at the Doha Metropolitan Education Authority. The Education Administrator shall oversee curriculum implementation, teacher performance evaluation, student enrollment processes, budget management, and liaison with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar Doha.
5.2 Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers a twelve (12) month engagement period commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 31 August 2026, subject to renewal by mutual written agreement between both parties.
5.3 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Qatar Doha. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. All payments are denominated in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
5.4 Compliance and Regulations: The vendor shall ensure full compliance with the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended), the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority regulations for travel, and all applicable municipal and educational licensing requirements in Qatar Doha. The Education Administrator must hold a valid teaching or educational administration qualification recognized by the Qatari Ministry of Education.
5.5 Performance Standards: The Education Administrator shall be evaluated quarterly against key performance indicators including student satisfaction scores, staff retention rates, budget adherence, and regulatory audit compliance. Failure to meet agreed KPIs for two consecutive quarters may result in termination of this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
5.6 Confidentiality: All personnel records, student data, financial information, and institutional strategies related to the Education Administrator's role in Qatar Doha shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the Doha Metropolitan Education Authority.
5.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) in Doha, and the decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding.
5.8 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. All legal proceedings shall take place in the competent courts of Qatar Doha.
