3. Scope of Duties – Education Administrator
The Education Administrator engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, all to be performed within the operational boundaries of Saudi Arabia Riyadh:
- Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of all educational programs delivered by Al-Riyadh Educational Services Group in the Saudi Arabia Riyadh region.
- Develop, implement, and monitor curricula in alignment with the Saudi Ministry of Education standards and the Vision 2030 educational transformation objectives.
- Manage faculty recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development for all teaching staff assigned to Saudi Arabia Riyadh campuses.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements set forth by the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Education, and the Saudi Commission for Promoting Tourism and National Heritage as applicable to educational institutions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly operational reports to the Board of Directors, detailing enrollment figures, academic outcomes, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations for the Saudi Arabia Riyadh educational portfolio.
- Coordinate with government bodies, accreditation agencies, and partner institutions across Saudi Arabia Riyadh to maintain institutional licensing and quality assurance certifications.
- Manage the annual academic calendar, examination cycles, and graduation ceremonies in accordance with the Islamic lunar calendar and the Saudi academic year structure.
4. Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Education Administrator within fifteen (15) business days of invoice submission. Invoices shall be issued monthly in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and must include the applicable 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regulations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Education Administrator engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- Confidentiality: The Education Administrator shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records, institutional data, financial information, and strategic plans of Al-Riyadh Educational Services Group. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of material breach by the Education Administrator, the Purchaser reserves the right to terminate immediately in accordance with Saudi labor law provisions applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Compliance: The Education Administrator shall comply with all anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and data protection regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) as applicable to educational data in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
