4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the engagement of an Education Administrator at the Abu Dhabi campus of Al Noor Educational Services LLC. All terms are governed by the Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations in the United Arab Emirates and applicable Abu Dhabi municipal regulations.
4.2 The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the designated facility on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Failure to report by this date shall render this Purchase Order void at the sole discretion of the Purchasing Entity.
4.3 The Service Provider guarantees that the Education Administrator candidate meets all minimum qualifications as prescribed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge, including but not limited to a minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative experience in an accredited educational institution within the United Arab Emirates or an equivalent recognized jurisdiction.
4.4 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Service Provider within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
4.5 The Education Administrator shall be bound by a strict confidentiality agreement covering all student records, institutional data, and proprietary curriculum materials of Al Noor Educational Services LLC. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action under UAE law.
4.6 This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. Any modification to the scope of the Education Administrator role, compensation structure, or operational location within Abu Dhabi must be documented in a formal addendum signed by authorized representatives of both entities.
4.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) dispute resolution framework. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
5. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCEThe Service Provider shall deliver the fully vetted, visa-cleared Education Administrator to the Abu Dhabi campus no later than the commencement date specified herein. Acceptance of the Education Administrator shall be confirmed in writing by the Purchasing Entity within fourteen (14) calendar days of the start date. During this probationary period, the Education Administrator's performance shall be evaluated against the key performance indicators outlined in Annex A of the employment contract.
