- Scope of Work: The Education Administrator engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties consistent with the Florida Administrative Certification (FA-1) and shall report directly to the Superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools. All services shall be rendered within the United States Miami school district boundaries unless otherwise authorized in writing.
- Performance Period: Services shall commence on August 18, 2025, and conclude on June 5, 2026, corresponding to the 2025–2026 academic year in United States Miami. Early termination may be invoked with thirty (30) days written notice by either party.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of $12,307.50, due on the fifteenth (15th) business day of each month following the end of the service period. Payment shall be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor account designated on this Purchase Order. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Florida Statute Chapter 212.

- Indemnification: The vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Miami-Dade County Public Schools, its Board of Education, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the negligent performance of the Education Administrator's duties within the United States Miami jurisdiction.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, United States Miami, Florida.
