- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the San Francisco Unified School District and the named vendor for the provision of Education Administrator services within the United States San Francisco jurisdiction. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal statutes.
- The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than August 18, 2025, and shall report directly to the Superintendent of Schools at the district headquarters located at 180 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
- Payment shall be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2304.
- The Education Administrator shall maintain all required credentials, including the California Administrative Services Credential, in good standing throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Failure to maintain credentials shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
