This Purchase Order is issued by the Tashkent Regional Education Development Authority to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Education Administrator for deployment and continuous operation within the educational infrastructure of Uzbekistan Tashkent. 4.1 Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days following the end of each calendar month. All payments shall be processed in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account designated by Central Asian Educational Staffing Solutions LLP. The total value of this Purchase Order amounts to five hundred eighty-one million three hundred thousand Uzbekistan Som (581,300,000 UZS), inclusive of all applicable value-added taxes and statutory levies as prescribed by the tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.2 Performance Standards: The Education Administrator shall demonstrate proficiency in both Uzbek and Russian languages, possess a minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in educational institutions, and hold a recognized degree in Education Management or a related discipline. The Education Administrator shall be physically present at the designated office in Uzbekistan Tashkent no fewer than forty (40) hours per week, with flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as required by the academic calendar.
4.3 Compliance and Regulation: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law on Education of Uzbekistan, and all applicable municipal regulations governing educational administration in Tashkent. The Education Administrator shall maintain all necessary work permits, professional licenses, and health certifications valid throughout the engagement period in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
4.4 Termination and Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the Education Administrator shall complete all outstanding administrative duties, transfer all institutional records, and provide a comprehensive handover report to the successor appointed by the Tashkent Regional Education Development Authority.
4.5 Confidentiality: The Education Administrator shall treat all student records, faculty information, institutional financial data, and strategic plans as strictly confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the commercial arbitration procedures established under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Education Administrator shall report for duty at the Tashkent Regional Education Development Authority headquarters located at 42 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, no later than 08:00 on 1 September 2025. All onboarding procedures, including system access provisioning, institutional orientation, and regulatory briefing, shall be completed within the first five (5) business days. The Purchase Order becomes effective upon the mutual execution of the signature blocks below and the receipt of the initial payment installment.
