This Purchase Order is issued by Sahara Infrastructure & Engineering SARL to formally engage the services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the design, supervision, and commissioning of the complete electrical infrastructure for the new industrial manufacturing facility located in the Rouiba Industrial Zone, Algiers, Algeria. The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for all aspects of electrical planning, load calculations, power distribution design, lighting systems, grounding and earthing, fire alarm integration, and compliance with Algerian national electrical standards (NRA) and IEC regulations applicable in Algeria Algiers.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Sahara Infrastructure & Engineering SARL and the named Electrical Engineer for the provision of professional electrical engineering services in Algiers, Algeria. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Algerian law, the Algerian Civil Code, and applicable professional regulations of the Order of Electrical Engineers in Algeria.
The Electrical Engineer shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 DZD for the duration of the contract.
All deliverables, drawings, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Purchaser upon full payment. The Electrical Engineer shall not reuse, reproduce, or disclose any project-specific information pertaining to the Algiers, Algeria facility without written consent.
Payment milestones are as follows: 30% (4,087,650 DZD) upon signing and mobilization; 40% (5,450,200 DZD) upon completion of on-site supervision (Item 02); 30% (4,087,650 DZD) upon final acceptance and delivery of as-built documentation. Invoices shall be submitted to the Procurement Department in Algiers, Algeria.
The Electrical Engineer shall report weekly progress to the Purchaser's project manager and shall attend bi-weekly coordination meetings at the project site in the Rouiba Industrial Zone, Algiers, Algeria. Failure to attend without prior written notice shall result in a penalty of 5,000 DZD per occurrence.
Any variation or change order to the scope of work defined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. Unapproved variations shall not be compensated.
In the event of dispute, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. Should resolution fail within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian jurisdictional law.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in French or Arabic, the official languages of Algeria, with English translations provided for reference where necessary.
The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial sites in Algiers, Algeria, including PPE requirements and site access protocols established by the Purchaser.
This Purchase Order shall remain valid until 31 December 2025. If the Electrical Engineer fails to commence work by 01 July 2025 without a mutually agreed extension, the Purchaser reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty and engage an alternative qualified Electrical Engineer.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Electrical Engineer for the specified project in Algiers, Algeria.
