The Electrical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following for the project situated in Canada Vancouver:

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver.
