- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andina Infrastructure Solutions S.A.S. and TECDELCA for the provision of Electrical Engineer professional services in Colombia Bogotá. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by signature below indicates full agreement to all terms herein.
- The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project must hold a valid professional license issued by the Colombian Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial electrical engineering within the Bogotá D.C. metropolitan area.
- All deliverables, including design documents, calculations, and reports, must be submitted in both Spanish and English to facilitate coordination with international stakeholders on this Colombia Bogotá project.
- Payment shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account specified by TECDELCA. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-04871) and the applicable project reference (PRJ-BOG-2025-0342).
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Colombia Bogotá.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work shall be performed without written authorization under this Purchase Order.
- The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring all designs comply with the current Colombian National Electrical Code, the technical regulations of the Bogotá D.C. Secretaría de Ambiente, and the requirements of the local utility provider (EMGSA – Empresa de Energía de Bogotá).
- Confidentiality: All project documentation, site plans, and proprietary information related to this Colombia Bogotá project shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Electrical Engineer and TECDELCA for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
