This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Infrastructure Development Company (AIDC) to formally engage the services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the design, supervision, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure works within the Marina District redevelopment project located in Egypt Alexandria. The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for all electrical scope activities as detailed below, in full compliance with Egyptian Electrical Code (EEC), Alexandria Governorate municipal regulations, and IEC international standards applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Alexandria Infrastructure Development Company and the named Electrical Engineer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed within the jurisdiction of Egypt Alexandria and shall adhere to all applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain valid professional insurance coverage (professional indemnity and third-party liability) throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate branch in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of on-site supervision phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified above.
- The Electrical Engineer shall submit weekly progress reports to the AIDC Project Director and shall attend bi-weekly coordination meetings held at the AIDC office in Smouha, Egypt Alexandria.
- All electrical materials and equipment specified by the Electrical Engineer must comply with Egyptian Standards Organization (EGS) specifications and carry the required conformity marks for use in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before execution. Unauthorized deviations will not be compensated.
- The Electrical Engineer warrants that all design deliverables shall be original, free from intellectual property infringement, and suitable for the climatic and environmental conditions specific to the coastal region of Egypt Alexandria.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Electrical Engineer acknowledges that all professional activities shall be conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, Alexandria Branch.
- The Electrical Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the services without prior written consent from AIDC. Any approved subcontracting shall not relieve the Electrical Engineer of full responsibility under this Purchase Order.
