6. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: All work performed under this Purchase Order in Addis Ababa shall strictly adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Proclamation of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 596/2003) and the environmental regulations enforced by the Environmental Protection Authority of Ethiopia. The supplier shall maintain a minimum of ETB 5,000,000.00 in professional liability insurance throughout the contract period.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for cause, the Ethiopian Infrastructure Development Corporation reserves the right to withhold payment for any incomplete or non-conforming deliverables. All intellectual property generated during the engagement within Addis Ababa shall remain the property of the Corporation.

8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of Ethiopia and applicable commercial laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
