- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by VoltTech Engineering Consultants SARL. The Electrical Engineer assigned to this contract must hold a valid French engineering diploma (Diplôme d'Ingénieur) and be registered with the Ordre des Ingénieurs in France Lyon.
- Performance Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the project site in France Lyon, 69002, or at the offices of the Buyer in France Lyon unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Timeline: The Electrical Engineer shall commence work no later than 01 September 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 31 March 2026. Delays attributable to the Electrical Engineer shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10%.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and documentation phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover in France Lyon. All invoices shall reference this Purchase Order number FR-LY-2025-04871.
