Scope of Work – Electrical Engineer Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Meccanica Elettrica del Sud S.r.l. to formally engage the professional services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the design, supervision, and commissioning of the electrical infrastructure at our manufacturing facility located in Italy Naples, specifically at the industrial site on Via Argine 45, 80143 Naples (NA). The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for the complete electrical system upgrade, including but not limited to: low-voltage and medium-voltage distribution networks, power factor correction systems, emergency lighting installations, industrial motor control centres, and compliance verification in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008 and CEI 64-8 standards. All work shall be executed within the municipality of Naples, Campania region, Italy, and must adhere to the local building regulations enforced by the Comune di Napoli.

Payment Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is subject to the standard commercial terms of Meccanica Elettrica del Sud S.r.l. and applicable Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Book V – Commercial Contracts).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier's designated account in Naples, Italy, within 30 days from the date of invoice receipt, in accordance with the milestone schedule agreed upon in the attached Service Level Agreement.
- A mobilisation advance of 20% of the total contract value shall be released upon formal acceptance of this Purchase Order by the supplier and submission of the project commencement plan.
- Progress payments of 30% shall be due upon completion of the detailed design phase and 30% upon successful commissioning and issuance of the conformity declaration for the Italy Naples site.
- The final balance of 20% shall be released at the conclusion of the 12-month warranty and post-commissioning support period, subject to satisfactory performance by the Electrical Engineer.
- All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-NE-0487) and include the supplier's VAT code (P.IVA) for processing within the Italian fiscal system.
- Any variation in scope, additional services, or change in the Electrical Engineer's assignment must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order signed by both parties before execution.
- The supplier guarantees that the assigned Electrical Engineer holds a valid professional registration with the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Napoli and possesses all necessary professional liability insurance coverage.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian jurisdictional rules.
