1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, including the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and the Qatar Commercial Companies Law.
2. The Electrical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must comply with all Qatar Civil Defence regulations, Qatar Electricity and Water Authority (QEWA) standards, and the Doha Municipality building codes applicable in Qatar Doha.
3. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatar Doha. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
4. The supplier shall provide a performance bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total Purchase Order value, issued by a bank licensed in Qatar, valid for the full duration of the contract plus sixty (60) days.
5. All work performed by the Electrical Engineer shall be subject to inspection and approval by the buyer's project manager at the Qatar Doha site. No milestone payment shall be released until written acceptance is issued.
6. The supplier is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary work permits, professional cards, and visa sponsorship for the Electrical Engineer personnel in accordance with Qatar immigration and Ministry of Labour requirements.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach. Upon termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all work satisfactorily completed up to the termination date.
8. All intellectual property, design documents, and as-built drawings produced by the Electrical Engineer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the buyer upon full payment.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
10. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the procurement of the Electrical Engineer services described herein.

The Electrical Engineer shall report to the project site in Qatar Doha no later than 1 July 2025. All design deliverables shall be submitted in accordance with the project schedule attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order. The supplier shall provide a detailed mobilization plan within seven (7) days of the Purchase Order acceptance date.
