The Electrical Engineer is required to maintain a minimum on-site presence of five (5) working days per week. All technical documentation, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports shall be submitted to the TIDC project office at 14 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, within the timelines specified in the attached project schedule.

• Advance Payment: 20% of the total contract value (UZS 92,960,000) shall be paid within ten (10) business days of the signing of this Purchase Order and receipt of a valid bank guarantee from the supplier.
• Progress Payments: Monthly invoices submitted by the Electrical Engineer upon completion of each milestone as defined in the project schedule. Payment shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days of invoice approval.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance shall be disbursed within thirty (30) days following successful final inspection, commissioning sign-off, and delivery of all as-built documentation to TIDC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's account at JSC "Asaka Bank", Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Account details to be confirmed in the contract annex.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial legislation in force in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
• The Electrical Engineer shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of UZS 500,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
• The supplier warrants that the Electrical Engineer assigned to this project possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in high-voltage power systems, metro electrical infrastructure, and industrial automation, and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution in Uzbekistan or an internationally recognized university.
• Any delays in the delivery of services beyond the agreed schedule shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected milestone value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total contract value.
• The supplier shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction and engineering sites in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as enforced by the State Labor Inspection Service.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The language of arbitration shall be English.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the full completion and acceptance of all deliverables specified herein.

This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier shall confirm acceptance in writing by signing and returning a copy of this document to TIDC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Failure to respond within the validity period shall render this Purchase Order null and void without further notice.
