The Electrical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City:

1. Complete electrical design package including power distribution layout, emergency lighting plan, fire detection and alarm system design, and building management system (BMS) integration schematics.
2. Compliance verification ensuring all designs meet Vietnamese national standards (TCVN), Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City local building codes, and IEC 60364 international electrical installation standards.
3. On-site supervision of electrical installation works at the Binh Thanh Commercial Tower project site in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, including coordination with mechanical, civil, and structural contractors.
4. Commissioning and testing of all electrical systems prior to handover, with full documentation submitted to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction and local fire safety authority.
5. Training sessions for the building operations team on electrical system maintenance, conducted at the project site in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and applicable commercial regulations in force in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
2. The Electrical Engineer shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of VND 5,000,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in VND within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and completion certificate for each milestone.
4. All work products, drawings, and documentation created under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Saigon Infrastructure Development JSC upon full payment.
5. The supplier shall comply with all labor, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to engineering services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, including occupational safety standards for electrical work.
6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
7. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until full completion of all deliverables or until 15 September 2025, whichever comes first.
