The Electrician shall commence work on 20 June 2025 and complete all phases of the electrical installation by 15 August 2025. All materials must be delivered to the project site in Algeria Algiers no later than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. The Electrician is required to submit a detailed weekly progress report to the Buyer's project manager every Friday by 17:00 local time. Any delays caused by the Electrician beyond the agreed timeline shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.

Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the Electrician's designated account. The schedule is as follows:

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Algerian People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Algiers, Algeria.
  2. The Electrician warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance.
  3. The Electrician shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project in Algeria Algiers.
  4. All electrical materials supplied by the Electrician must carry the Algerian conformity mark (Marque de Conformité Algérienne) and comply with the relevant NA standards.
