TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all wiring and panel installation, and 20% upon delivery of the final electrical conformity certificate issued for the Argentina Buenos Aires project site. Payment will be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the account designated by ElectroTécnica Buenos Aires S.R.L.
- Timeline: The Electrician and his team shall commence work on June 20, 2025, and complete all services no later than July 18, 2025. Any delays not attributable to force majeure or the buyer shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Compliance: All electrical work must comply with the regulations of the Dirección General de Inspección de Edificaciones of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. The Electrician is solely responsible for obtaining any sub-permits required for the electrical work in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- Insurance: The Electrician shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 for the duration of the project and the warranty period.
