This Purchase Order is issued to engage a qualified and licensed Electrician firm to carry out comprehensive electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance works at the above-mentioned project site located in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Electrician shall be responsible for all aspects of the electrical scope as detailed in the line items below. All work must comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) 2020, the Bangladesh Electricity Act 1967, and the safety standards prescribed by the Bangladesh Electrical Engineering Board (BEEB). The Electrician must ensure that all materials used are ISI-marked or equivalent certified products approved for use in Bangladesh Dhaka.

- This Purchase Order is binding upon acceptance by the Electrician contractor. The Electrician must sign and return a copy of this Purchase Order within five (5) working days of receipt to confirm acceptance of all terms.
- The Electrician shall commence work at the project site in Bangladesh Dhaka no later than 20 June 2025 and shall complete all electrical works within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the commencement date.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of 75% of the electrical works as verified by the project engineer, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection, testing, and handover of all systems.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Prokash Electrical Services & Engineering Co. as specified in the annexure. No cash payments shall be accepted under this Purchase Order.
- The Electrician is responsible for providing all tools, equipment, scaffolding, and safety gear required to execute the electrical works safely in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Electrician must ensure that all workers on site hold valid trade licences issued by the relevant authority in Bangladesh.
- All electrical materials supplied under this Purchase Order must carry valid ISI (Indian Standards Institution) or BSS (Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution) certification. The Electrician shall submit material test certificates and conformity documents prior to installation.
- The Electrician shall provide a comprehensive warranty of two (2) years on all workmanship and one (1) year on all supplied materials, commencing from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the buyer.
- In the event of delay beyond the stipulated completion date, the Electrician shall be liable to pay liquidated damages at the rate of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
- The Electrician must maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance throughout the duration of the project. Certificates of insurance must be submitted to the buyer prior to commencement of work.
- Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid amendment to this Purchase Order.
All materials and equipment shall be delivered to the project site at Gulshan Avenue, Bangladesh Dhaka at the cost and risk of the Electrician. The Electrician must coordinate with the site supervisor for daily access and must adhere to all site safety protocols. Working hours at the site shall be from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. No electrical work shall be performed on national public holidays as declared by the Government of Bangladesh.
