- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement agreement between Brussels Metropolitan Facilities Management and the named Electrician for the execution of electrical works within the Belgium Brussels municipal jurisdiction. Both parties acknowledge that this document supersedes all prior verbal or written communications regarding the scope of work.
- The Electrician shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all installation and renovation tasks within a maximum period of ninety (90) calendar days from the start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- All materials, components, and equipment supplied by the Electrician must be new, of professional grade, and compliant with European Union CE marking requirements as well as specific Belgian electrical safety standards (NBN EN 60364 series).
- The Electrician is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, notifications, and approvals from the Brussels-Capital Region authorities, the local fire department, and the building management prior to commencing any phase of the work in Belgium Brussels.

- The Electrician shall maintain full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the contract, as required for all licensed Electrician operations in Belgium Brussels.
- Any deviation from the scope of work described in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work is performed. Unauthorized modifications will not be compensated.
