3. Scope of Work — Electrician Services in BrasíliaThis Purchase Order authorizes the contracted Electrician firm, VoltBras Instalações Elétricas Profissionais EIRELI, to perform comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance services at the commercial complex located in the Setor Comercial Sul district of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil. 4. Terms and Conditions- Scope and Standards: The Electrician contractor shall execute all services in strict accordance with NBR 5410, NBR 5419, NR-10, and all regulations issued by CEB-DF and the Federal District municipal authority. Any deviation from these standards must be pre-approved in writing by the Buyer's site supervisor.
- Timeline: All work must commence no later than 16 June 2025 and be fully completed, inspected, and certified by 28 June 2025. Delays exceeding five (5) business days will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of items 01 through 04 (verified by site inspection); 30% upon final acceptance, submission of as-built drawings, and issuance of the CEB-DF occupancy certificate.
- Warranty: The Electrician contractor provides a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and installed materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied at no additional cost to the Buyer within fifteen (15) business days of written notice.
- Site Safety and Compliance in Brasília: The contractor is responsible for all occupational safety measures in accordance with NR-10 (Electrical Safety in Work) and NR-35 (Work at Height). All technicians must present valid NR-10 certification before entering the site. The contractor shall maintain a minimum of R$ 500,000.00 in professional liability insurance valid throughout the project duration in Brasília, DF.
- CEB-DF Coordination: The Electrician contractor shall coordinate all necessary permits, inspections, and connection requests directly with CEB-DF (Cia. Energética de Brasília) and bear any associated administrative fees. The Buyer will provide access to the building's electrical room and common areas as needed.
- Materials: All electrical materials (cables, breakers, panels, transformers, SPDs, grounding components) must be new, of recognized brand, and carry the INMETRO certification mark. Substitutions require prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil, Lei 10.406/2002).
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with specific application of Federal District regulations where applicable to electrical installations and municipal building codes in Brasília.
