The Electrician services under this Purchase Order shall include, but are not limited to, the following activities performed by a licensed and certified Electrician team operating within the jurisdiction of China Beijing:

• Complete inspection and diagnostic assessment of all existing electrical wiring, panels, and distribution systems across Floors 1 through 22 of the main tower in China Beijing.
• Replacement of 340 outdated fluorescent lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED luminaires meeting the China Beijing municipal energy conservation mandate.
• Installation of a new 2,500 kVA three-phase power distribution panel on the ground floor, including all associated circuit breakers, surge protectors, and grounding infrastructure.
• Upgrading of the emergency backup generator interconnection system to ensure uninterrupted power supply in accordance with China Beijing fire safety codes.
• Installation of 120 new Type-A and Type-C electrical outlets in the open-plan office areas on Floors 5 through 15.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules.
2. The Supplier warrants that all Electrician personnel assigned to this project in China Beijing hold valid electrical work licenses issued by the relevant municipal authority and possess the requisite safety certifications. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
3. The Supplier shall comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations in force in China Beijing, including but not limited to the Work Safety Law of the PRC and the Beijing Municipal Construction Safety Management Regulations.
4. The Buyer reserves the right to conduct unannounced site inspections. The Electrician team shall provide full access to all work areas and maintain a daily site logbook available for review.
5. Any variation or amendment to the scope of Electrician services defined in this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorized deviations shall not be eligible for additional compensation.
6. The Supplier shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all installed electrical components and workmanship. Warranty claims shall be addressed within 5 business days of written notification.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all technical drawings, system schematics, and commercial terms contained in or arising from this Purchase Order as strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.
