• All electrical materials (cables, breakers, panels, conduits) must meet or exceed the national standards of the PRC and carry the CCC (China Compulsory Certification) mark. The Buyer reserves the right to reject non-compliant materials at the Seller's expense.
• The Seller shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than CNY 5,000,000 for the duration of the project, valid within the jurisdiction of China Guangzhou.
• Work hours on site shall comply with Guangzhou municipal noise regulations: 07:00–19:00 on weekdays, 08:00–17:00 on Saturdays, and no work on Sundays or Chinese public holidays without prior written approval.
• Any delay beyond the scheduled milestones shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total contract value.
