- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% (CNY 237,300.00) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% (CNY 395,500.00) upon completion of all wiring and panel installation; and 20% (CNY 158,200.00) upon successful final inspection and delivery of the electrical compliance certificate. All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the account designated by the Electrician service provider.
- Commencement & Completion: The Electrician and the full electrical team shall commence work on-site in China Shanghai no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all services by 30 September 2025, subject to weather and site-access conditions.
- Compliance & Licensing: The Electrician must ensure that every technician assigned to this project holds a valid Special Operations Certificate (Electrical Work) issued by the Shanghai Municipal Emergency Management Bureau. The service provider shall submit copies of all licenses and insurance certificates prior to the commencement date.
- Warranty: The Electrician services are warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in workmanship discovered within this warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Health, Safety & Environment: The Electrician and all personnel must strictly adhere to the safety regulations of China Shanghai, including the Shanghai Municipal Construction Safety Management Regulations. A dedicated safety officer must be present on-site at all times during electrical work.
- Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of Electrician services outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in China Shanghai for binding arbitration under its rules.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical drawings, electrical schematics, and commercial terms contained in this Purchase Order and any associated Electrician service documentation.
