- Qualification of the Electrician: The Electrician vendor must hold a valid professional registration with the Colombian Ministry of Housing, City and Territory (Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio) and a current RNE (Registro Nacional de Electricistas) license. All field technicians assigned to this Purchase Order must carry valid identification and proof of electrical safety training as required by Resolución 112 de 2016.
- Compliance with Bogotá Municipal Regulations: All electrical work performed under this Purchase Order must adhere to the building codes and electrical safety standards enforced by the Secretaría de Planeación Distrital de Bogotá D.C. and the local utility provider. The Electrician is responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits prior to commencing work.

- Insurance and Liability: The Electrician vendor shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation (Arl) coverage for all personnel working on-site in Colombia. The minimum liability coverage shall be COP 500,000,000. The Electrician assumes full responsibility for any damage to property or injury to persons arising from the execution of the electrical work.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the electrical infrastructure plans of the Bogotá facility, and any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. The applicable law shall be the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Bogotá, or national emergencies declared by the Colombian government.
