SCOPE OF WORK & LINE ITEMSThis Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Coastal Development Co. to Delta Electrician Services & Co. for the provision of professional Electrician services, including but not limited to the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems at the buyer's residential and commercial complex located in the Smouha District of Alexandria, Egypt. The Electrician and all subordinate technicians engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Egyptian Electrical Code (EEC), Alexandria Governorate building regulations, and all applicable standards issued by the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS).

1. Acceptance: By signing this Purchase Order, the Electrician service provider (Delta Electrician Services & Co.) acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing outlined herein. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the Buyer and the Seller under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2. Licensing and Compliance: The Electrician and all personnel assigned to this project in Alexandria must hold valid licenses issued by the Alexandria Governorate and the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. All work shall conform to the Egyptian Electrical Code and local Alexandria municipal building permits. The Seller shall bear full responsibility for any regulatory non-compliance.
3. Schedule and Milestones: The Electrician shall mobilize all personnel and materials to the Alexandria site no later than 20 June 2025. Substantial completion of all electrical works shall be achieved by 30 July 2025. A detailed project schedule shall be submitted to the Buyer within five (5) business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance.
4. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing and mobilization, 50% upon completion of all wiring and fixture installation (interim inspection), and 20% upon final acceptance, successful testing, and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Alexandria.
5. Materials and Equipment: All electrical materials, cables, conduits, breakers, and fixtures shall be of Egyptian or internationally certified origin (IEC, CE, or equivalent). The Electrician shall provide material submittals for Buyer approval prior to installation. No substandard or unapproved materials shall be used on the Alexandria project site.
6. Safety and Insurance: The Electrician shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and site safety protocols in accordance with Egyptian labor law. All Electrician personnel on site in Alexandria shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to the Buyer's site safety plan.
7. Warranty: The Electrician provides a minimum twenty-four (24) month warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of final acceptance. Material warranties shall be as specified by the respective manufacturers. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Buyer within fourteen (14) calendar days of written notice.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt, or to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, as mutually agreed by both parties.
9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Alexandria, or national emergencies, provided that the affected party notifies the other in writing within forty-eight (48) hours.
10. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Civil Code and all applicable regulations of the Alexandria Governorate.
