- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Electrician (EMS) within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Commencement and Duration: The Electrician shall commence work on or before 1 July 2025 at the property in France Marseille. The total project duration is estimated at twenty (20) working days, subject to weather and access conditions. Any delay exceeding three (3) working days attributable to the Electrician shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total contract value per day.
