Scope of Work — Electrician Services in France Paris

This Purchase Order is issued by Bâtiment Électrique Solutions SARL to Électricité Paris Pro Services for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the commercial premises located at 38 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. Terms and Conditions

Compliance with French Regulations: All Electrician work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the French Electrical Standards (NF C 15-100), the French Labor Code (Code du Travail), and all municipal regulations applicable to electrical installations in France Paris. The contractor must hold a valid Qualifelec certification and appropriate insurance coverage.
Permits and Authorizations: The Electrician contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Mairie de Paris (Paris City Hall) and the relevant arrondissement authorities prior to commencing any work. Work Schedule: Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 18:00, in accordance with French working hour regulations.
