This Purchase Order is issued by Shree Ganesh Commercial Properties Pvt. Ltd. to VoltEdge Electrical Solutions LLP, a licensed and certified Electrician service provider operating in India Mumbai, for the comprehensive execution of electrical installation, maintenance, and safety compliance works at the buyer's commercial premises located at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The Electrician contractor shall ensure all work complies with the Indian Electricity Act, 2003, the Maharashtra Electricity Rules, and all applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications. All materials, labour, and supervision shall be provided by the Electrician vendor as detailed in the line items below.

All amounts are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST rate of 18% shall be charged on all services and materials as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Maharashtra State GST provisions. The Electrician vendor shall issue a valid GST tax invoice with the above GSTIN. TDS under Section 194C of the Income Tax Act, 1961, at the applicable rate (1% for registered contractors) shall be deducted by the buyer at the time of payment. All work is to be executed within the jurisdiction of India Mumbai, and local municipal taxes, if any, shall be borne by the vendor. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Electrician vendor (VoltEdge Electrical Solutions LLP) within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall be construed as rejection.
- Timeline: The Electrician contractor shall commence work within seven (7) calendar days of Purchase Order acceptance and shall complete all installation works within sixty (60) calendar days from the commencement date. The annual maintenance contract shall commence upon successful commissioning and sign-off.
- Quality Standards: All electrical materials and workmanship shall conform to the latest editions of IS 732 (Code of Practice for Electrical Wiring Installations), IS 694 (Copper Conductors), and IS 2955 (Earthing). The Electrician shall ensure all installations meet the safety requirements of the Mumbai Electricity Department and the Maharashtra State Electricity Board.
- Licenses and Compliance: The Electrician vendor shall hold a valid electrical contractor license issued by the competent authority in India Mumbai and shall employ only licensed and certified electricians for all on-site work. Proof of insurance (public liability and workmen's compensation) shall be furnished before commencement.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in the following milestones: 25% advance upon Purchase Order acceptance; 50% upon completion of wiring and distribution board installation; 25% upon final commissioning, safety audit clearance, and submission of as-built drawings. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the vendor's designated bank account in Mumbai, India.
- Warranty: The Electrician vendor shall provide a minimum warranty of twenty-four (24) months on all labour and workmanship, and the manufacturer's warranty (minimum 5 years) on all supplied materials. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician team at no additional cost within 48 hours of notification.
- Site Access and Safety: The Electrician contractor shall adhere to all site safety protocols at the Nariman Point premises in Mumbai. All workers shall wear appropriate PPE. The vendor shall obtain all necessary permits from the local municipal authority in India Mumbai before commencing any work involving structural modifications or external cabling.
- Penalties: In the event of delay beyond the stipulated timeline, a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall be levied, up to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value. The buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with immediate effect in case of material breach.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India Mumbai, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable Maharashtra state regulations. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts in Mumbai, India.
