- 1. Scope & Compliance: All Electrician work shall be executed in strict accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for electrical installations, PLN Jakarta technical regulations, and the Building Code of Jakarta (Peraturan Daerah DKI Jakarta No. 1 Tahun 2024). The Electrician contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the local Indonesia Jakarta authorities prior to commencement.
- 2. Schedule: The Electrician service provider shall mobilize all personnel and materials to the Indonesia Jakarta site no later than 16 June 2025. The full scope of this Purchase Order must be completed, tested, and handed over by 30 July 2025. Delays exceeding five (5) working days will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day.
- 3. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of 70% of the Electrician installation work (verified by site inspection), and 20% upon final acceptance and issuance of the SLO certificate by Indonesia Jakarta municipal inspectors.
- 4. Warranty: The Electrician contractor provides a minimum two (2) year warranty on all labor and installed materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost within fourteen (14) calendar days of written notice.
- 5. Insurance & Safety: The Electrician service provider must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for all personnel operating in Indonesia Jakarta. A minimum coverage of IDR 5,000,000,000 is required.
- 6. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Electrician services in Indonesia Jakarta shall be resolved through arbitration at the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) in Jakarta.
- 7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Indonesia Jakarta, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
