(hereinafter "the Electrician Contractor") for the provision of all electrical works described herein at the project site in Israel Tel Aviv.
• 4.2 – The Electrician shall mobilize all personnel, tools, and materials to the Tel Aviv site no later than 21 June 2025. All work must be completed, inspected, and certified by 30 July 2025.
• 4.3 – Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of wiring and panel installation (subject to site inspection), and 20% upon final NIE certification and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Electrician Contractor.
• 4.4 – The Electrician is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, the National Company of Electricity (NIE), and the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority prior to commencing any work.
• 4.5 – All materials supplied by the Electrician must carry the Israeli Standard (SII) certification mark and comply with the Electrical Safety Regulations of the State of Israel. Substitution of materials requires prior written approval from the Purchaser.
• 4.6 – The Electrician shall maintain a minimum of 5-year warranty on all labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and components shall be transferred to the Purchaser upon project completion.
• 4.7 – In the event of delay beyond the completion date, the Electrician shall pay liquidated damages of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.
• 4.8 – This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• 4.9 – The Electrician shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Israel Labour Inspectorate, including mandatory PPE, scaffolding safety, and electrical lockout/tagout procedures on the Tel Aviv construction site.
• 4.10 – This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are null and void.
