- Scope of Work: The Electrician vendor shall perform all electrical installation work at the project site in Cocody, Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in strict accordance with the technical specifications attached to this Purchase Order and the applicable Ivorian electrical regulations.
- Timeline: All electrician services shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance. A detailed work schedule shall be submitted within 5 business days of contract commencement.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing and mobilization, 50% upon completion of wiring and panel installation, and 20% upon final inspection, commissioning, and handover of the as-built electrical documentation.
- Compliance: The Electrician firm guarantees that all work performed in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall comply with the Ivorian national electrical standards, CIE (Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Électricité) connection requirements, and all applicable building codes of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
- Insurance: The Electrician vendor shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel operating on the Abidjan site throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Warranty: A minimum 24-month warranty is provided on all electrician workmanship. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
