  1. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of wiring and panel installation, and 20% upon final inspection and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Electrician service provider in Japan Kyoto.
  2. Licensing and Compliance: The Electrician shall maintain all required licenses, including the First-Class Electrical Engineer certification and the Electrical Work Contractor registration (Denki Senyogyo Torishimari-nin) with the Kyoto Prefectural Government. Failure to maintain valid credentials shall constitute immediate grounds for termination of this Purchase Order.
  3. Insurance: The Electrician shall carry comprehensive liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 100,000,000 JPY, valid throughout the duration of the project in Japan Kyoto. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement.
  4. Warranty: All work performed under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum warranty period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this period shall be remedied by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party.
  5. Working Hours and Site Access: Work shall be conducted between 08:00 and 17:30 JST, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Electrician shall comply with all site safety protocols established by the Purchasing Party and the Japan Kyoto municipal noise and dust regulations.
  6. Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior written approval.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAC) in Kyoto, Japan. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the Kyoto District Court.
  8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, architectural drawings, and site-specific data exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order.
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes, typhoons, or volcanic activity common to the Japan Kyoto region), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for Electrician services to be performed in Japan Kyoto. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
