5.1 The Electrician vendor shall ensure that all personnel assigned to this Purchase Order hold valid Japan Tokyo electrical work licenses and shall present identification upon request at the job site.

5.2 All materials and components used under this Purchase Order must meet or exceed Japan Industrial Standards (JIS) and Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Government specifications. Substitutions require prior written approval from the Buyer.

5.3 The Electrician firm is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, notifications, and inspections from the Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Industry and the local ward office prior to commencing any phase of work.

5.4 Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon completion of major installation milestones (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final inspection sign-off and delivery of the certification package.

5.5 The Electrician vendor shall maintain a minimum of 100 million JPY in professional liability insurance valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and for a period of two years following project completion.

5.6 Any delays attributable to the Electrician firm beyond the required completion date shall incur a penalty of 0.05% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 5% of the total value.

5.7 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Japan Tokyo and the Republic of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association in Japan Tokyo.

5.8 The Electrician vendor shall comply with all Japan Tokyo occupational safety regulations, including the provision of personal protective equipment, site safety briefings, and adherence to the Labor Safety and Health Act.

The Electrician team shall access the Japan Tokyo facility located at 3-14-27 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Japan Tokyo 150-0043 during standard business hours (08:00–17:00 JST) unless otherwise agreed in writing. After-hours work in the Japan Tokyo premises requires a separate written authorization and may be subject to additional surcharges as outlined in the attached rate schedule. All tools, materials, and equipment brought onto the Japan Tokyo site by the Electrician vendor shall be removed at the conclusion of each workday.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms specified in this Purchase Order for Electrician services in Japan Tokyo. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective from the date of the last signature.

Note: This Purchase Order (PO-JT-2025-04871) is the controlling document for all Electrician services rendered in Japan Tokyo under this engagement.
