This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Facilities Management W.L.L. to formally engage the services of a licensed and certified Electrician team provided by Gulf Volt Electrical Contracting Co. for the execution of comprehensive electrical maintenance, inspection, and corrective works at the Al-Nakheel Corporate Tower located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Electrician and all supporting personnel shall comply with the Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense regulations, the Kuwait Electricity Authority (KEA) standards, and all applicable building codes enforced within the Kuwait Kuwait City metropolitan area.
The Electrician shall be responsible for the following scope of work as detailed in this Purchase Order:

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Service Provider upon written acceptance by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the commercial laws of the State of Kuwait.
- The Electrician and all subordinate technicians assigned to this project must hold valid Kuwaiti electrical trade licenses issued by the Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) and must present their credentials at the site in Kuwait Kuwait City prior to commencing any work.
- All materials, components, and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must be new, of genuine manufacturer origin, and must carry the relevant Kuwait Standards and Metrology Organization (KSMO) certification where applicable.
- The Electrician shall adhere to all occupational health and safety protocols as mandated by the Kuwait Labour Law. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including insulated gloves, safety helmets, and arc-flash protective gear is mandatory on site at all times.
- Work shall be performed during standard business hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday) at the project location in Kuwait Kuwait City. Any after-hours or weekend work requires prior written approval from the Purchasing Entity and shall be billed at a 50% premium rate.
- The Service Provider shall submit a detailed progress report to the Purchasing Entity every Friday. The final completion report, including all test certificates and as-built electrical drawings, must be delivered within five (5) business days of project completion.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Gulf Volt Electrical Contracting Co. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (KWT-EC-2025-04782) to be processed. Late payments beyond the Net 30-day window shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial practice.
- The Electrician shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all labor and installed materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
- All waste materials generated during the execution of this Purchase Order, including old wiring, damaged fixtures, and packaging, shall be removed from the Kuwait Kuwait City site by the Service Provider and disposed of in accordance with Kuwaiti environmental regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Electrician services at the designated location in Kuwait Kuwait City.
