This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Commercial Properties Sdn. Bhd. to KL Volt & Current Electrical Services Sdn. Bhd. for the provision of a licensed Electrician and a team of qualified electrical technicians to carry out comprehensive electrical installation, maintenance, and remedial works at the buyer's commercial premises located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Electrician contractor shall ensure all works comply with the Malaysian Electricity Regulations 1994, the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), and the standards set forth by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and the Department of Energy (Jabatan Tenaga).

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Malaysia and shall be construed in accordance with the Contract Act 1950 of Malaysia.
- The Electrician contractor shall hold a valid electrical contractor's license issued by the relevant Malaysian authority and shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of not less than MYR 5,000,000 for the duration of the project.
- All works shall be performed in strict compliance with the Malaysian Electricity Regulations 1994, the Electricity Supply Act 1990, and all applicable by-laws of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
- The Electrician and all personnel deployed on-site in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a valid tax invoice issued by the Electrician contractor, via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The project commencement date shall be 1 July 2025, and all installation works shall be completed no later than 30 September 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All materials and equipment supplied by the Electrician contractor shall be new, of genuine manufacturer origin, and carry a minimum warranty of two (2) years from the date of commissioning.
- The Electrician contractor shall obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and TNB connection clearances required for the works in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. Unauthorized variations shall not be compensated.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005.
- The Electrician contractor shall provide a comprehensive as-built drawing package, test certificates, and a 12-month warranty certificate upon project completion.
All materials, equipment, and the Electrician team shall be delivered to and work shall be conducted at the following site in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur: Meridian Commercial Tower, Level 1–5, No. 88, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Site access shall be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Electrician contractor shall coordinate with the building management office for entry permits and safety briefings prior to each work session.
