The Electrician shall be responsible for all electrical work described below, ensuring full compliance with the Mexican Official Standards (NOM), the local electrical code of Mexico City, and all applicable federal and municipal regulations governing electrical installations in Mexico.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Electrician vendor. The vendor must sign and return a copy of this document within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Scope of Work: The Electrician shall perform all services strictly in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order, the project blueprints, and all applicable electrical codes in Mexico, Mexico City. Any deviation from the approved scope requires prior written authorization from the client.
- Timeline: All electrical work must commence no later than June 25, 2025, and must be completed no later than September 15, 2025. The Electrician is responsible for submitting a detailed project schedule within three (3) business days of accepting this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of 60% of the work (verified by site inspection), and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the electrical conformity report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Electrician vendor. Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date.
- Compliance and Licensing: The Electrician warrants that all personnel assigned to this project in Mexico, Mexico City, hold valid professional licenses, SENER certifications, and necessary permits. The vendor shall maintain full liability insurance (minimum MXN 10,000,000) and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the work.
- Warranty: The Electrician provides a minimum two (2) year warranty on all labor and materials installed under this Purchase Order. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied at no additional cost to the client.
- Site Safety: The Electrician shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations in Mexico, including NOM-030-STPS-2009. All workers on the Mexico City site must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to the client's site safety protocols.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope, schedule, or cost of this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work is performed.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the commercial courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all technical drawings, pricing, and project details associated with this Purchase Order and the Electrician services rendered.
