• Progress Payment (40%): MAD 815,040.00 – Payable upon completion of wiring, conduit, and panel installation, subject to site inspection by the buyer's project engineer.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
• The Electrician warrants that all work performed shall comply with the Moroccan National Standards (NM), the Moroccan Code of Electrical Installations, and all regulations enforced by the Casablanca city planning and building authorities.
• The Electrician shall maintain valid professional insurance coverage (liability and workers' compensation) throughout the duration of the contract, with certificates provided prior to commencement of work.
• All materials and components used by the Electrician must be of certified quality, bearing the appropriate Moroccan or international conformity marks, and shall be subject to the buyer's approval prior to installation.
• The Electrician shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and components shall be transferred to the buyer upon completion.
