1. Delivery and Commencement: The Electrician contractor shall commence all works at the Myanmar Yangon site no later than 20 June 2025. All materials and equipment must be delivered to the project site in Kyauktada Township, Yangon, within the first five (5) working days of commencement.
2. Quality Standards: All Electrician work must conform to the Myanmar National Electrical Code (MNELC), IEC 60364, and Yangon Electricity Board installation guidelines. The Electrician shall provide all necessary certifications, test reports, and as-built drawings upon completion.
3. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance and commencement, 50% upon completion of all wiring and fixture installation, and 20% upon final inspection, YEB certification, and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrician contractor's registered account in Myanmar.
4. Warranty: The Electrician contractor provides a minimum two (2) year warranty on all labour and workmanship. Material warranties shall be as specified by the respective manufacturers. Any defects discovered within the warranty period in Myanmar Yangon shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the purchaser.
5. Insurance and Safety: The Electrician contractor shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project. All Electrician team members must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Myanmar occupational health and safety regulations.
6. Penalties for Delay: In the event the Electrician fails to complete the works by the required completion date of 30 July 2025, a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay shall be deducted from the final payment, up to a maximum of 10%.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law in Yangon, Myanmar.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government orders, or events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
AUTHORIZATION & ACCEPTANCEBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for Electrician services in Myanmar Yangon. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the purchaser and the Electrician contractor.
