All payments shall be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the Electrician’s nominated account. Payment schedule is as follows:

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of New Zealand and is subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
The Electrician must hold a valid Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) licence and maintain a minimum of $20,000,000 public liability insurance throughout the duration of the project in New Zealand Auckland.
All electrical work must comply with AS/NZS 3000:2018 (Wiring Rules) and any applicable Auckland Council bylaws or building consent conditions.
The Electrician shall provide a written progress report to the Purchasing Entity every Friday by 16:00 NZST during the project duration.
Any variations or additional works beyond the scope defined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by Ms. Catherine Whitmore before commencement. Unapproved variations will not be payable.
The Electrician warrants all workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of final certification.
Failure to meet the estimated completion date without written justification shall incur a penalty of NZD 500 per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
All waste materials generated during the electrical works in New Zealand Auckland must be disposed of in accordance with Auckland Council waste management guidelines.
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 7 calendar days of the issue date. After this period, the Purchasing Entity reserves the right to withdraw or renegotiate terms.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the Disputes Standards Act 2017, before any litigation is commenced.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for Electrician services to be carried out in New Zealand Auckland.
