1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Metro Manila Commercial Properties, Inc. (hereinafter "Buyer") and Manila Certified Electrician Services Co. 2. 9. This Purchase Order may be amended only by written mutual agreement of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid or enforceable.
10. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines, as well as all applicable safety regulations in Philippines Manila.
