1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al Noor Construction & Facilities Management LLC (hereinafter "Buyer") and Gulf Star Electrical Contracting WLL (hereinafter "Electrician / Vendor") for the electrical works described herein in Qatar Doha.
2. The Electrician shall mobilize all qualified personnel, tools, and materials to the project site in Doha within five (5) working days of receiving written confirmation of this Purchase Order.
3. All electrical work must comply with the Qatar Building Code, KEWAI (Kahramaa) regulations, and the municipal bylaws of Doha, State of Qatar. The Electrician shall obtain all necessary permits and inspections prior to energization.
4. Payment terms: 30% advance upon Purchase Order confirmation, 40% upon completion of installation and passing of interim inspection, and 30% upon final KEWAI certification and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrician's designated account in Qatar Doha.
5. The Electrician provides a warranty of twenty-four (24) months on all labor and materials from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost within seven (7) working days.
6. The Electrician shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the contract, as mandated for all licensed Electrician contractors operating in Qatar Doha.
7. The project completion deadline is 30 September 2025. Delays attributable to the Electrician shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10%.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law No. 2 of 2017. The governing law is the law of the State of Qatar.
9. The Electrician shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site, including but not limited to PPE requirements, hot work permits, and lockout/tagout procedures as enforced in Qatar Doha construction zones.
10. This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.

This Purchase Order (PO-2025-QD-00847) is issued for electrical contracting services in Qatar Doha.
