- Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Sberbank, Moscow Branch, IBAN: RU20400440000000000000000000, BIC: SABRRUMM.
- 30% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order and confirmation of the Electrician crew mobilization schedule.
- 50% payment upon completion and acceptance of all installation work items (Lines 1, 2, 4, and 6) as verified by the Purchaser's site engineer.
- 20% final payment within 15 business days after delivery of the final safety audit report and all maintenance visits are completed.
- All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (RUS-MOW-2025-04871) and include the supplier's INN for tax compliance in Russia.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Electrician service provider for the scope of work described herein, executed under the jurisdiction of the laws of the Russian Federation.
- The Electrician contractor guarantees that all personnel assigned to this project in Russia Moscow shall hold valid electrical work permits, personal protective equipment, and professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 RUB.
- All materials and components supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with GOST standards and carry the mandatory EAC (Eurasian Conformity) certification mark. The Electrician provider shall submit certificates of conformity prior to installation.
- The Electrician contractor shall provide a minimum 5-year warranty on all installation work and 2-year warranty on all supplied electrical components. Warranty claims shall be addressed within 10 business days of written notification.
- Work hours for the Electrician team shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 Moscow Time (MSK). Any overtime or weekend work requires prior written approval from the Purchaser and shall be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- The Electrician provider is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Moscow City Electrical Inspection Authority (Gosenergonadzor) prior to commencing any work on the electrical distribution panels.
- In the event of a delay exceeding 10 business days beyond the deadlines specified in this Purchase Order, the Purchaser reserves the right to impose a penalty of 0.1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Moscow Arbitration Court in accordance with the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed and stamped by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.
- The Electrician service provider shall maintain a daily work log on-site and submit weekly progress reports to the Purchaser's project manager via email.
