This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Jeddah Commercial Facilities Management Co. to engage the services of a licensed Electrician and electrical contractor for comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance works at the designated commercial premises located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Electrician shall perform all duties in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code, the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing electrical work in the city of Jeddah.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor (Electrician) for the electrical works described herein, to be executed at the specified site in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Electrician shall provide all labor, tools, testing equipment, and consumables necessary to complete the scope of work. All materials must be new, of OEM quality, and approved by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
- The Electrician shall maintain a valid electrical contractor license issued by the Jeddah Municipality and shall ensure that all on-site personnel hold appropriate Saudi Arabia Jeddah work permits and electrical trade certifications.
- Payment shall be made in three milestones: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 50% upon completion of installation and passing of interim inspection, and 20% upon final commissioning, SEC sign-off, and issuance of the completion certificate.
- The Electrician shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all installed equipment and workmanship. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- All work shall be performed in strict adherence to Saudi Arabia Jeddah occupational health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, and hot-work permits where applicable.
- The Electrician shall submit a detailed method statement, risk assessment, and project schedule within five (5) business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be approved in writing by the Buyer's project manager before execution. Unauthorized deviations will not be compensated.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All communications related to this order shall be conducted in English and/or Arabic.
