This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to VoltEdge Electrical Services Pte. Ltd. • Applicable Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
• Licensing and Compliance: The Electrician Contractor warrants that it holds a valid Electrical Contractor's Licence issued under the Singapore Electricity Act and that all electricians deployed on-site are registered with the relevant authority. All works must comply with the Singapore Wiring Rules (SS 638:2017) and BCA guidelines.
• Insurance: The Electrician Contractor shall maintain a minimum Workmen's Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance of SGD 1,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of the project, as mandated for all construction and electrical works in Singapore.
• Work Schedule: All electrical works shall be carried out between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Any works requiring power isolation of common areas must be scheduled in advance with at least 72 hours' written notice to the Buyer and the building management in Singapore.
• Warranty: The Electrician Contractor provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all labour and materials supplied under this Purchase Order. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
• Payment Milestones: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon completion of installation works (Items 2–5); 20% upon successful commissioning, load testing, and issuance of the Certificate of Electrical Safety.
• Health and Safety: The Electrician Contractor shall strictly adhere to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act of Singapore. All personnel must wear appropriate PPE, and a competent person must be present at all times during live electrical work.
• Permits and Notifications: The Electrician Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from SP Group, BCA, and any other relevant Singapore authorities prior to commencing works. The Buyer shall provide reasonable assistance in facilitating such approvals.
• Confidentiality: The Electrician Contractor shall treat all information pertaining to the Buyer's premises, electrical infrastructure, and business operations as strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice in the event of material breach. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay for all works satisfactorily completed up to the date of termination.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Electrician Contractor for electrical services in Singapore.
