1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Electrician supplier for the performance of all electrical works described herein at the specified site in South Africa Johannesburg.
2. The Electrician, VoltEdge Electrical Solutions (Pty) Ltd, warrants that all work shall be carried out by qualified and registered electricians holding valid Wiring Council of South Africa (WCSA) certificates and shall comply with SANS 10142, the Electricity Regulation Act 40 of 1990, and all Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality electrical by-laws.
3. All materials and components supplied by the Electrician shall be new, of SANS-approved quality, and carry the relevant SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) certification marks.
4. The Electrician shall provide a valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC) upon completion of all works, as mandated by South African legislation for any electrical installation in South Africa Johannesburg.
5. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Electrician, via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account in South Africa.
6. The Electrician shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum R5,000,000) and workers' compensation insurance throughout the duration of the project at the South Africa Johannesburg site.
7. Any variation to the scope of work must be approved in writing by the Purchaser's Facilities Manager before the Electrician commences additional work. Unapproved variations shall not be payable under this Purchase Order.
8. The Electrician shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on the South Africa Johannesburg site, including but not limited to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and the Construction Regulations 2014.
9. A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all labour and materials installed by the Electrician, commencing from the date of final acceptance and issuance of the CoC.
10. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa Johannesburg.
11. The Electrician shall not subcontract any portion of the electrical works without prior written consent from the Purchaser. Any approved subcontractor shall bear the same obligations as the primary Electrician under this Purchase Order.

The Electrician shall mobilise to the South Africa Johannesburg site no later than 23 June 2025. All works are to be completed and the final Certificate of Compliance issued by 15 August 2025. The Electrician shall submit a detailed project schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order.
