1. Scope and Compliance: The Electrician services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed in full accordance with the Korean Electrical Safety Act, the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Electrical Installation Standards, and all applicable building codes in South Korea Seoul. The supplier warrants that all work will be executed by properly licensed electricians and that all materials used will bear the KC (Korea Certification) mark.
2. Schedule and Access: All Electrician work shall commence on June 20, 2025, and be completed no later than August 15, 2025. The supplier shall coordinate access to the South Korea Seoul property through the buyer's on-site facilities manager and shall adhere to the building's operational hours (07:00–19:00 KST) unless emergency work is authorized in writing.
3. Payment: Payment of the total amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid Korean tax invoice (세금계산서) and the final KESRI compliance certificate. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, Seoul branch.
4. Warranty: The Electrician supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all labor and installed components. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied at no additional cost to the buyer within five (5) business days of written notice.
5. Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance for all Electrician personnel on site. The supplier assumes full liability for any damage to property or injury to persons arising from the performance of work under this Purchase Order.
6. Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall pay for all Electrician services satisfactorily completed up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation by the Seoul International Arbitration Center (SIAC) before resorting to litigation in the Seoul Central District Court.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical drawings, electrical schematics, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the expiration or termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
