- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding contract upon written acceptance by Bangkok Certified Electrician Services Co., Ltd. within five (5) business days of the issue date. The Electrician provider must return a signed copy to the buyer's procurement department in Thailand Bangkok.
- Delivery / Commencement: All Electrician works shall commence no later than 1 July 2025 at the specified property in Thailand Bangkok. The contractor shall submit a detailed project schedule within three (3) business days of acceptance.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon commencement, 50% upon completion of all installation works, and 20% upon final inspection sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Electrician provider. Invoices must include the supplier's VAT registration number as required by Thai tax law.
- Compliance and Licensing: The Electrician contractor warrants that all personnel assigned to this project in Thailand Bangkok hold valid electrical work licences issued by the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand. All work must comply with the Thai Electricity Act, MEA regulations, and local Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) building codes.
- Warranty: The Electrician provider shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all installed materials and workmanship. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Insurance: The Electrician contractor shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than 10,000,000 THB and workers' compensation insurance for all personnel operating in Thailand Bangkok throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Health, Safety & Environment: All Electrician work in Thailand Bangkok shall be conducted in accordance with the Occupational Safety Health and Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011). The contractor shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and shall maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. No additional Electrician work shall be performed without prior written approval from the buyer.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All notices shall be sent to the addresses listed above in Thailand Bangkok.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical drawings, electrical schematics, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order and the Electrician services rendered in Thailand Bangkok.
