This Purchase Order is issued by Bosphorus Commercial Properties A.Ş. to İstanbul Elektrik Mühendislik Ltd. Şti., a fully licensed and certified Electrician operating within the metropolitan boundaries of Turkey Istanbul, for the comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance of floors 12 through 15 of the Bosphorus Tower commercial complex. Compliance with Local Regulations: The Electrician shall ensure that all work performed under this Purchase Order fully complies with the electrical safety regulations enforced by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) and the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. Any non-compliance discovered during municipal inspection in Turkey Istanbul shall be rectified at the sole cost of the Electrician.
Licensing and Insurance: The Electrician must hold a valid electrical contractor license issued by the Istanbul Chamber of Electrical Engineers (İstanbul Elektrik Mühendisleri Odası) and maintain a minimum liability insurance coverage of 5,000,000 TRY throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
Work Schedule: All electrical work shall be carried out between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the labor regulations of Turkey Istanbul. Weekend or after-hours work requires prior written approval from the issuing company and shall be billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate.
Materials and Equipment: All electrical materials, including but not limited to cables, breakers, conduits, and fixtures, must carry the CE marking and the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) certification. The Electrician shall provide material data sheets upon request.
Inspection Milestones: The Electrician shall notify the project manager at least 48 hours in advance of each inspection milestone. Inspections will be conducted by a designated inspector from Bosphorus Commercial Properties A.Ş. and, where required, by an authorized inspector from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate.
Warranty: The Electrician provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all labor and 36-month warranty on all supplied materials, effective from the date of final acceptance. Warranty claims shall be addressed within 10 business days.
Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Electrician. Invoices must be issued in Turkish Lira (TRY) and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-IST-EL-00317). Late payments beyond 30 days shall accrue interest at the statutory rate set by the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK).
Health and Safety: The Electrician shall adhere to all occupational health and safety protocols mandated by the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security. All personnel working on-site in Turkey Istanbul must wear appropriate PPE and hold valid electrical work permits.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Istanbul Courts and Arbitration Centers in accordance with the jurisdiction of Turkey Istanbul. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all technical drawings, load calculations, and proprietary information exchanged during the execution of this Purchase Order.

Note: This Purchase Order is subject to the final approval of the Istanbul project site supervisor. The Electrician shall not commence any work on the Bosphorus Tower premises until a written commencement notice is issued by Bosphorus Commercial Properties A.Ş. All work areas must be secured and cordoned off in compliance with Istanbul municipal public safety ordinances.
